Has anyone ever changed an order? I just need to change the adress cause I've lost a package before at home. I live with a bunch of roommates...I know it's usually not possible but what if I called? I JUST placed the order.. Not sure if anyone will read this in time. This section of the forum has been pretty dead lately for some reason..

i think it depends on the company, and i've never ordered online from Mango, but i assume they would have been able to change the address for you if you called/emailed right away with the order number and information.

Couldn't call. Emailed them right away but of course, once again they never replied and I don't expect they will ever reply. Just like the other 3 emails I sent for other orders I made a while ago. I mean, are they sleeping over there?! I've sent a total of 4 emails now and I never got a reply for any of them

Zara and H&M always email you usually within 24 hours! Other webshop even within a few hours. The package is being send to my home adress..

I still love Mango though. I used to never buy from Mango but I bought a bunch of stuff from them this year. More than I have from Zara or H&M which were always my favourites. I love the lookbook Geraldine Saglio did and the new one for fall looks great too (they just put it online).

pretty bad in terms of customer service... i agree most other places get you a reply within 24 hours.

I went in Mango for the first time in years today! They've got so much better recently and more like Zara (which I love). I tried this jacket on in store today and I lovedddddd it! They didn't have my size, they only had S L and XL but I just ordered it online. I think £99 is pretty good for a leather jacket and it remins me of the Isabel Marant/Balenciaga ones which I've been lusting after since forever!
