I agree with what you said about pricing. The jacket I liked (the officer jacket) is $720!!!
BTW, did you see the $3100 jeans??? I was like what??? Then I clicked the link and realized it was a mistake... lol!!!

only thing i really can say i like are the boots and the duffle coat. But everyone else is already releasing decent duffles this winter.

APC has gone grunge for F/W 09, which is disappointing. They used to be a brand that transcended trends, not one that conformed to them. I miss the effortless Parisian vibe their clothes once had.

That being said, I will probably purchase a few pieces this season... not nearly as many as usual, though.

I'm not feeling instant love for any of these new pieces. Disappointing.

Did any of you see the difference in the prices from their mini catalogue (like the leather skirt, the shirt, the bag and the shoes) and the prices they have now up on their webpage for the exact same article? They increased them of Euro20-Euro30!!

I just noticed that. The prices charged within France seem to be lower than those charged outside. That's just not cool.

^ A word of warning re: APC's crepe-soled boots...I bought a pair a couple of years ago...the leather's still in great shape...and the soles look to be...but for some reason the soles started holding water (like a sponge) last Winter. They're not worn down...no holes...they just suddenly started retaining water in the rain

^^ That is really weird.

I'm thinking of buying this pullover for my boyfriend but I am not sure about A.P.C. men's sizing. Two years ago I bought him a sweater that was size 1, but now they use XS, S, etc. Does anybody know whether the sizing runs small or large?

Oh my that is really bizzare...Well for that price I wouldn't want something like that to happen at all

I like the new collection, they already have a lot of it at Liberty, but the new stuff seems to be much more expensive than it use to. For the same price I prefer to buy Isabel Marant.

I don't get it. They have as new collection the exact same dress I bought couple of collections ago. Same colour, material and everything...
