from Raffaello network on Friday Dec. 30th 2005 and am having no luck getting a hold of their customer service representatives
I live in Vancouver Canada and I've tried calling their worldwide phone number but am told the number is out of service.
I have had none of my 5 emails replied and am quite worried if my money has been stolen.
I don't wanna see my near $300 gone just like that
anyone else had this problem before or know of a person I could talk with?
Everyone has the day off here in the US today. Maybe they do, too? I wouldn't worry. They're a trustworthy company, I think. They tend to be incredibly deceptively overpriced, though. They mark the supposed retail prices up a LOT, then their "sale prices" are practically full price sometimes.

I did get a response from them, funny at the timing of it though because they sent me an email a few hours after i had made this post
on their site it says the wallet is in stock and available immediately. We'll I guess not, as they have told me they are out of stock and shipping is imminent

I purchased a pair of Miu Miu shoes at raffaello (in April) and part of one of the shoes has fallen off and been lost after only wearing them twice.
I have emailed and called and they keep telling me to email (but I get no reply), I just want to know if anyone knows the chances of them taking them back and getting them fixed or replaced. Since they were purchased so recently, I would think they would have to.
