shopping place : LA or San Francisco ?

I'm torned. It seems like LA has more shops but I think SanFran has H&M? unless they opened one in LA recently? anyway I'm a brand lover and I've been dying to actually go to their own boutiques. Tired of seeing it in department stores. Anyway, which one would be a better place to go to for shopping?

Why not go to both?

If it's H&M you're after, you can go to either; according to one of our members, the LA H&M opened last week.

Why not read the LA and SF shopping threads in the shop by city subforum, maybe you will get enough information to make a decision.

There's a H&M that just opened in Pasedena.

Personally, if you'll like to do other things besides shopping, I'll strongly suggest SF.
Else head to LA..and include a drive down south to South Coast Plaza in Orange County, there are brands galore there!

well i really just wanna go shop hehe. where do u guys usually stay in LA? I've only tried Le Meridien before and it was really nice but the rates are so expensive this december. Know any condotels or time share places near the shopping districts?
