I hope you guys can help me. I'm considering of buying a jacket by Topshop, as this is the first time I'm buying a jacket by them, I'm not familiar with their sizes.

I'm usually wearing S/36 for jackets (H&M, Zara and Mango). According to their size guide, I should order UK 8. But I'm not sure if their outerwear is running smaller, larger or true to size.

Can somebody help me?

^ I have one faux leather jacket that definitely runs small. But I think their outerwear usually runs true to size to a bit small. It depends on the style.

is anyone else in the us experiencing some severe lateness on their orders? i placed an order on dec 22nd and i'm trying to be patient because of the holidays + the weather, but i feel it's taking way too long...

^ i placed an order on 26 november and didn't get it until a few days ago..i wanted to return it too coz the fit was weird but they won't let me since my "return period has been exceeded" ugh i think i am done ordering from topshop! i haven't liked anything on the site in a while anyway..

I placed an order with them on the 19th of December. I talked to someone in customer service because I thought it was taking an inordinate amount of time to arrive and basically all they could tell me was I could be waiting another two weeks.

Not happy.

how awful... i wanted to call but the phone lines said there were 20+ people calling ahead of me and that i should hang up if i was trying to track a package. lovely customer service!
