yeah it's a bit overpriced, but I like it a lot. I especially like it when they take an additional 50 percent off of sale prices. That makes me happy!

I like it and I don't have one in my city (the nearest is an hour drive to a smaller town, go figure). I only started to buy their things maybe two years ago so I'm not burned out on it yet.

I actually think it's pretty cheap. It depends who you compare it to. I mean some stores will sell a jersey dress for like 2-3 hundred dollars while urban sells them for 40-70 and you probably wouldn't be able to find much difference in quality...

What I don't like about it is how hipster/trendy it is. I guess I like that somewhat but it's just so manufactured. I can't do UO head to toe and when I wear stuff from there I have to style it my own way so I don't end up looking like a wannabe scenester.

it is really trendy but you can find some really original things there if you look hard enough. i agree though, i wouldn't wear all of their things head to toe.

UO is everywhere, we have three of them here..

The UO look is so recognizable now, it is just old. so many people shop there...

but you could find some cool shoes and jeans there for sure

^ I agree. There is definitely an 'Urban Outfitters' look... it's sickening, tbh.

UO, as with every shop in my area, is hit-or-miss. There are gems to be had but cutting through all the hipster tripe is very tiresome. The UK branch seems to be eons better in terms of merchandise. Not fair!

$200 challenge
A good friend of mine recently gave me a $200 giftcard from Urban Outfitters and I don't know what to buy. I thought it would be interesting to see what other people buy. I don't really have a "style" yet but I'm a bit LA hipster mixed with high fashion.

So the "challenge" is too spend less or exactly $200 on clothes/accesories/shoes at Urbanoutfitters.com ( Post pics and link please)

Thanks!
