^ I tried on a few of the Geren Ford stuff and didn't really like anything. The fabric all reminded me of cheap thrift store blouses and I didn't think they warranted the prices.

does anyone have the lux christiane mini? i lovelovelove the cherry color, but im worried that its going to turn out to be like the AA interlock mini and the edges will start to stretch out....
i dislike the store entirely because 95% of the items seem way overpriced, same goes for free people and anthropoligie stores, and theyre quite scandelous for making blatent rip-offs of independent designers (ie Johnny Cupcakes from a few years back).
but they do have some good sales every now and again. i just have a really hard time supporting such overrated crap, imo.
NICE SHIRT Karl Lagerfeld gets a cartoon t-shirt. Wonder if he'll wear it...
If the "affordable" way of being a Chanel fan-- you know, buying $300 sunglasses with interlocking C's-- is a little out of your price range (or a little too Heidi Montag), relax:
There's a new way of showing you're down with Karl that doesn't involve breaking the bank, or even stepping foot in one of his stores.
Instead, head over to Urban Outfitters, whose new Karl tee pays homage to the house's designer and all his eccentric glory (glove, check; fan, check; sunglasses, check). Though you might have to explain your shirt to half the girls who wear Chanel sunglasses, it's worth it:
The tee costs less than a bottle of Karl's nail polish, and has something that's always stylish: a sense of humor.

I was really impressed with the Lonon-UO. Only problem was that I bought the Criss Cross Doctor Bag in black and was soooo happy about it, it was perfect. After about a week of normal use both outside zippers where f*cked and I'm gonna have to go to a tailor to fix it. It's not that expensive but it's still abit annoying.

free people is the other store connected to the company...
are there any actual free-standing free people stores though?
or is that just a brand that the company puts out?
i know i've seen free people stuff in other stores (nordstroms, other department stores, boutiques etc) and the free people stuff has the same tags as urban and anthropologie...
