I know softgrey it looks nice on the site but what I saw in the shop was pretty boring. Maybe the best bits were already gone though.

i've seen those everywhere in japan for upwards of 300 dollars.

now that i think about it...
when i saw the collection in the store in paris...that was the situation as well...very little availability...

maybe that's part of the desirablitity?...

anywho...i still have a brand new shirt tha ti have to figure out how to wear and a pair of pants that have to be hemmed...
so maybe i should wear those before i consider buying some new stuff...

your vb coat haunts me helena...
wish i could wear a belted coat...
i thought i found one last year...
too bad that didn't work out...

helena's VB coat haunts me too...and I keep thinking I catch a glimpse of it, but no, the coat I thought was my dream come true will turn out to be a boring old trench.

Perhaps N-A-P will carry more if we ask nicely...

i mean 340 dollars for a sequin bag... not my thing.

i'd rather buy a marc by marc jacobs bag

oh well....you can get them in Paris for 75 euros. so that is overpriced.

I love these bags too and personally own 5. Hideous is probably a bit strong..even if you dislike them. Anyway, her designs are far and away the most beautiful fit of clothing I have ever worn. Perhaps you could look past the bags..to her clothes!

i guess.

i just can't get past the idea that those bags in japan are 300 dollars...

and they're sequined. and not even leather.

they remind me of the overpriced hermes tote bag.

Does anyone know where to access pictures from older Vanessa Bruno collections? I've searched the archives, but most of the pictures from the older threads are no longer available (missing, or replaced with the current season).

Here's a picture of a dress I got at Vanessa Bruno's store in Paris- It has a beautiful weight to the fabric and lovely structure. It has double armholes- so one in the traditional place and then wider ones trimmed with black satin. I have a hard time wearing some of her more flimsy pieces- they just make me look like I'm wearing a potato sack sometimes.
