I've loved that cardigan ever since you first posted a pic of it...I think if there's any left at A by the time I get there I might end up getting that for my big winter purchase this year...the price isn't cheap for me but definitely reasonable for something of that make.

Go for it. I love mine.

I found these coach shoes at DSW.. for like 110 or 120.. I forgot the price.

What do you think.. yay or nay?

The heel is like 3 inches and they are super comfortable.

yay only if you don't have something like that already. it makes a good workwear/interview piece. So what is that DSW store? Is it like Fieleen's Basement? I keep walking by it on my way from school to the subway but never walk in.

I should've known that. Definitely wait, because no one seems to buy Dirk on YOOX. They've cut prices already, and it hasn't moved anything. Some prices have been cut nearly in half already.

Luna, I'd go for it. They look like nice, classic, black shoes. And if they're comfortable, what could be better?

Designer Shoe Warehouse. It's exactly what it sounds like.

Yep, that's my theory. NOONE the hell knows who Dirk Bikkimbergs is in the USA... which I don't mind. The entire stock list for Dirk Bikkimbergs in NYC is one tiny boutique and one small men's shop. Nada.

I figured getting them would give me something I can dress up or down... slingbacks are my favorite type of shoe... and I just can't get over how comfortable they are. I do have something similar, but I have black slingbacks in a kitten heel.. which I will only wear with pants ... kitten heels make my legs look stumpy in dresses and skirts.. a higher heel would be more flattering to my legs ...
I think i'm gonna get 'em

DSW is great, Check it out sometime faust. They sometimes have really great womens shoes.. there was a pair of Fiornarinas(sp?) in there one time.. pink suede round toe pumps with gold trim... loved 'em.. but too high for me... and I go to the one in my hometown in like bumble**** new jersey... I assume the closer you are to the city, the better the choices. I've never really looked through the men's stuff.

So yea.. in conclusion.. Go in sometime.

I love it...I love how C Diem items have that kind of wrinkled effect, very stylish.

If you don't mind me asking, how much is that piece?

What I'm more baffled by is why this sweater:

costs $3000+ when Aloharag has the same sweater by Lucien, except the tongue is grey and that one costs less than half the price of the red one. Unless that's a Japan only limited edition or something, I don't see how a red tongue justifies paying double the price. That's a very nice sweater though...Brandon Davis was wearing it but for some reason anything looks cheap on him.

Lucien's prices are insane, anyways. So maybe they're thinking his loyal customers probably won't even notice.

Is that Mastermind?

I gotta say though, if I was rich, I'd wear Carpe Diem for sure. It's just so beautiful and unique, and it's all artisanal. You pay much more for the clothes than for the name, unlike Dior for example.
