Yay or Nayy (too trendy)? If nay, any suggestions for cute flats for fall/winter?

Ditto. I notice I agree with Quirky and steal her words a lot Anyhow, the Lacroix & the red Diors are okay, but I think you want more than that...

Twilight - If you'll get a lot of wear out of the gold, then yay

Huge nay to all the shoes on this page, huge yay to the CDG top

Yay or nay to this Neil Barret top, notice the print and detailing on the elbow.

http://www.yoox.com/item.asp?rr=1&co...2111S&areaid=8

And this one, has nice stitching

http://www.yoox.com/item.asp?rr=1&co...2052M&areaid=8

I need winter basics at decent prices as it's already getting cold here,
thx

The white one is nice. The price is kind of high, no?

Really? after seeing so much designer stuff at such high prices, I kind of thought that that was cheap Retail price is probably much higher, too (although that's never an excuse) And I generally like Neil, too,

Well, yea it's inexpensive $ wise. I was thinking in terms of value more, since it's pretty much a long sleeve tshirt .

I second the YAY to Caffeine's CdG jacket...love it love it love it

And YAY to the green Chloe top for Guessgirl

Caffeine, none of the shoes really wow me, but if I had to pick I'd say either of the black ones.

Twilight fairy, I say NAY to those shoes. They're a bit too much, with the ribbon and the gold and the quilted look. They're just too busy. They're a cute silhouette, though, so I'd say YAY to anything you can find that's similar but a bit more minimal.

Arturo21 - I ditto Faust's YAY to the white one. It may be just a t-shirt in essence, but it's clearly designed in the details. The grey one, on the other hand, doesn't look particularly special.

Caffeine, as far as the shoes, I would only consider the last two you posted ... as I recall tho you don't *need* any more black pumps The Dior I was disappointed in as I thought they had the potential to be a really great shoe ... I really liked the tortoise heel, but I wasn't impressed by the faux croc, esp considering the price tag, and the initials on the ties ... not a fan of those ...

Ta-ta, I'm eventually getting a pair of black pumps(again!) those are the Gucci patent leather pumps. I wanted a blue one but they were no longer available. I guess that patent leather doesn't count as "black" ?
