As a vest, the item in Post #11,847 is a Yay! I guess you'll need some white bottoms (preferably white trousers or a white skirt. Or you may chance white denim jeans). There also has to be a nice garment to wear underneath with a good deal of color. Not sure what you have in mind, but I'll approve of that.

Pretty dapper, veggie4life! Whole outfit? Depends on the occasion. It's a Yay! look, but nay if going to something really fancy. Probably a nice semi-formal outfit. But you look great.

2.

They both zip up to the top of the hood. The first one is a lighter material.

Yay or Nay? And if you had to pick one, which would it be?

Time to put a Texas brother to work again with Yay or Nay!

Post #11,852:
* Yay! to the jacket. Not in love with it, but it's a pretty good jacket. It's sure to give you keep you warm as well as giving you that "bad girl" edge. If you wanted something better, a nice motorcycle jacket is also a good choice.

* From edgy to soft... the dress is lovely to me. I'll Yay! right away to that. It's another one of those simple and lovely fashion pieces. After all, I do find beauty in simplicity. Very nice dress.

Post #11,855:
* First question is Yay or Nay. Don't know how cold it is in Canada right now, but I'll say Yay! to the first jacket. Nothing fancy, nothing super-fashionable, just a nice jacket to wear on cool days. The second jacket is also a Yay! That's one for some of those colder days. Unless you're from the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or any of the colder parts of Canada (where this jacket would be required, or at least a pre-requisite), this will serve you well on cold days while also having an edge of style.

* Second question is which I'd recommend. Really, it depends. Are you looking to choose between one or the other? Are you looking for jackets to wear on cool days as well as cold days? It would probably depend on how cold it gets around your way or how cold you get on cold days. So because I don't compromise fashion with function, I'd say get both to beat the cold. The second one is a good alternative for cold weather, but would be overkill for cool days (like Winter/snow boots on 70+ degree days). Since it doesn't get really cold here in Houston often, I usually wear my plain Starter jacket for cold days. If it gets too cold, I get one of my heavier jackets. On REALLY cold days, I have two coats. One is a leather coat that I really need to find a better leather coat. The other is a trench coat.

So the one I would PROBABLY recommend is the second, but I'd get both if you can afford both of them.

Four garments, four Yay's. Dress confidently!

I've been the one to recommend motorcycle jackets for that sort of edge to a look. So you've come along with a motorcycle jacket in Post #11,860, MissyJG. I'm going to say Yay! Even if you don't own or ride a motorcycle (I don't know who does on tFS), at least sporting a motorcycle jacket gives you some sort of edge or character. You're a winner whether you get the blue one, the black one, or both. I'd be impartial to blue because blue is my favorite color. But it's up to you. Either way, it's a yay.

I also like the jacket in both colors but if you already have a lot of black I'd go with the blue especially with spring coming up soon.
