This Ben Sherman coat... yay or nay? Do you think a white coat is practical for everyday wear? And... how does Ben Sherman's sizing run?

There are too many details in the coat in Post #11,866. However, I think it's a Yay! I would probably not go with that high collar or one button too many, that this would be an outright yay. But it's manageable. Maybe look for a less-detailed coat that still remains stylish. It looks nice.

I like the coat per se however I don't think a white coat is something for everday wear. I have one and I hardly ever wear it. If you want something practical for daily use I'd recommend a black coat or maybe a grey one (maybe even navy depending on your wardrobe).

i like the coat but agree that the light color makes it tough for everyday wear throughout the winter

I really like the coat. But I think it might be hard to keep it nice and clean and white if you wore it every day. I definitely don't think I'd have it as my only coat, but just going on the style of it alone I'd say yay!
