Jessica Alba and Jessica Biel I have seen without makeup and they have gorgeous skin and complexions. Shiri Appleby isn't as well known but besides her luscious hair her skin is also too die for. I have to disagree on Katherine Heigl, without makeup she's pimply and blotchy imo. Halle Berry and Beyonce's skin is wow amazing.

Cate blanchett, but she was gorgeous in 2006-2007 and all of a sudden dozens and dozens of wrinkles appeared and she looks much older than she is =[ its so sad, and i don't think its natural for one to age at such a fast pace ? i have no idea though, maybe it is, then again she does live in australia, and the sun is brutal, but with her skin she must cake on the spf like no bodys business.

Yes! in fact, Thandie Newton should be at the top of that list. Her skin is flawless

I thought Jennifer Hudson's skin was amazing when she sang the National Anthem at Super Bowl XLIII.

The celebrities with the best skin IMO are Meagan Goode and Nia Long, easily.

It restricts oxygen to your skin, it creates large pores, red capillary veins, and even though people may argue genetics, its the worst thing next to sun damage you can do to your skin.

omg that IS very bad... but it's hard to quit...
my skin's very dull and I think I should blame smoking for it
I hope that taking supplements with antioxidants (like selenium and vit. A+E) might help

Yes, people who smoke have gray tones and sometimes yellow tones to their skin, and when you massage someone's skin who smokes, the smell of cigarettes comes out of them, its really disgusting.

It will stop eventually. Your skin will detox itself faster from smoke if you get massages, people sometimes are courteous and they tell you they are a smoker, and so some extra oils are added in the room or I might even put on a mask because after massaging someone's entire body who smokes the entire room will smell like someone has been smoking in it. The repairing of tissues, and your skin is tissue, takes quite awhile and there are products and of course laser treatments, cosmetic alts you could have done to make it quicker, but just throw away cigarettes, they are bad bad for your health, for your teeth, for your internal system, just stop it, its very very aging and smelly.

reading your messages makes me so want to quit, but I got so addicted to smoking that I'm not sure I'll have enough willpower for it...
I hope my vanity takes over and I'll stop smoking, just one thought of my skin full of smoking leftovers makes me disgusted
