^Oh definitely Miranda! Well to be honest smoking is awful but Karmen Smokes , Freja smokes and Abbey smokes! And they all have beyond flawless skin .

and they are of what age? early 20's?
The bad effects will show later on, smokers just age much faster, the older one gets, the worse the effect. And as everyone knows, smoking is one of the worst thing you can do to affect your health in general.

also a lot of models take meds to get them clear of acne and give that special "glow" to their skin. but those meds are also really bad for your health. They "dry" you out from within. kinda terrible, i know.

imo, most important things to keep up with (beside genetics) for a beautiful skin are:
1 sun protection
2 not smoking
3 get enough sleep, moderate on nightlife in general
4 moderate on the alcohol
