If you want skinny legs, you should do daily exercise like going for a run and massages

I need a really good leg moisturiser. Everywhere else is fine except my legs! I don't even shave I epilate so its not that.

^^^ Alba Kukui nut oil. After you take a shower use it all over your legs, within a minute, then don't put jeans on or anything until it soaks in. You can use olive oil to, but it makes you smell funny.

For toning, snowboarding and yoga do it for me.

When my legs were in super shape I did leg exercises for about 45 min. a day a couple of times a week - they toned up very, very nicely.

I used to run and I found that made my legs a bit more muscular since I had to do a lot of calf excersices. I'm naturally skinny so I didn't like them building up much.
Now that I dance, I find that it keeps them nice and tone. I don't do "formal" dance or belong to an academy, but just random dancing and excerise keeps them nice.

Pilates tones my legs quite quickly and tae bo is meant to be good for that sort of thing too.

I've been playing volleyball for years now and it really helps build muscle quickly. I also swim which lengthens the muscles so they don't look so "buff"

Yoga is great too, I get the best results when I do both yoga and pilates; I find because I have to concentrate in yoga pilates is more convienient and I think it shows faster results because IMO yoga works the upper body more than the lower body.

Ok thanks! then I will look for some pilates exercises too, because I prefer changes in my lower body than in my upper body
