I just ordered one, I hope it's good! Will update once I've used it!

So I've been using the beauty blender for a couple of weeks now, and i'm in a constant love/hate relationship with it. I really like it for blending tricky areas such as the undereyes, as I get a much better result with the sponge than a brush/fingers. However, the sponge, even when wet seems to absorb a lot of my makeup and I end up using more than I normally do with a brush. A really annoying thing about the beauty blender is the need to clean it vigorously after every single use, and I got lazy for a while and application and resuly definetly suffers. Also, when cleaning it I ripped the sponge which is really annoying! Overall yeah, I'd recommend it, just remember to clean it thoroughly!

I didn't buy the cleanser.. I got a sample, but only tried it once. I think other soap/dish-cleaners work as well.. at least well enough. And as loonaka says, I don't think a brush would give me an as good result.
Yeah I use dish washing soap too sometimes, zalo it's just as effective as the "special" cleanser IMO, and sometimes I use the same mixture that I use on my brushes, Zalo and extra virgin olive oil

I so understand where you're coming from. I also think it's annoying haveing to clean it all the time, but then again it's discusting using a dirty sponge or foundation brush..I mean, just think of all the dirt and bacterias that sticks to it. I've heard other people complain about having to use more product, but I've experienced the opposite I don't know..
