someone mentioned (baby) oil and i have a doubt, doesn't it take ages for ur skin to absorb it??? i used to use it but it would end up on the sofa or my clothes no matter how long i waited.

ahava....formulated at the dead sea laboratories in israel....
'mineral body lotion---body treat, The Source'....

hard to get a hold of....but very much worth it....
i think it is distributed by a german cosmetics company.....
the smell is just divine....and the cream itself is better than anything else i've tried.

L'Oreal Nutrilift lotion. Smells good and firms all your wobbly bits as well!

I body shop body butter in MANGO. it actually smells like a peach and nothing like mango, but it makes me feel so fresh and happy after putting it on . it absorbs really well and the smell lasts for a long time.

from the drugstore, Curel makes the BEST body lotion. Jergens and Vaseline doesn't last very long and seems more "surface" than the Curel.

Do the Body Shop Body Butters contain mineral oils? Cause i'd like to avoid that. But they do sound very tempting..
I generally use alot of regular sweet almond oil on my body.

I don't feel the body butters moisturize me. It mainly just settled on my dry skin instead of feeling absorbed the way Nivea does....
They doo smell so good though, so I use it in the summer Over my lotion..

At the moment I use Johnson's Holiday Skin. Bought it on accident, it has self tanning in it!!! It's really sticky and vile, but I'm too cheap to buy anything else until it's empty. Another downside is unless you put it all over, you'll look like a git.

Well, over the summer...because I moisturize every day-several times a day, I've found that Queen Helene's Mango and Cocoa Butter is the best cheapie out there. Otherwise, I normally end up disapointed. I've spend more and they for the most part either don't work or are too oily. I'm still looking for a good winter moisturizer.
