Burts Bee's. I love the stuff and its all natural. The only thing that I do NOT suggest is to use their tinted ones. For some reason I find that the tinted ones make my lips peel and thats just gross.
My favorite is the original in the little tin. None of their other ones work as well for me besides the Lifeguard one in a tube. The tinted ones make my lips peel and the honey one doesn't taste so nice .
I generally do not like mineral oil based/petroleum/vaseline based lip balms but they're easy to find. I do like the coconut oil based Acqua di Parma's Arancia lip balm. Next up is Dr Hauschka or Weleda's lip balm sticks, these are cheap. I feel that these really hydrate the lips. Lush's Lite Lip balm is really nice too!
I second Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream... I swear by it! Alternatively, Paw Paw ointment, Blistex, MAC lip conditioners (they come in yummy flavours) or Bobbi Brown lip balm.
Have used Khiels and Rens lip conditioners with great success but yesterday found Johnsons overnight lip mask (can't remember the proper name) and for £1.99 it works wonders

Rosebud, Jack Black, Burts Bees, Blistex and Vaseline all work great for me... I have also believe that some lip balms work against you! There is a certain ingredient that is put in certain lip balms that actually does dry out your lips... I can't remember what it is, but I am almost positive that it is in the Body Shop lip butters.
I just bought it the other day and I think the complete oppisite. Its too "slick" therefore when you drink or eat something it comes right off. I find that I have to reapply often.
