My favorite is Blistex Daily Conditioning Treatment. I am one of those girls addicted to lip balm. I keep a container in the kitchen, by the bed, at my computer desk, and anywhere so it will always be witihin reach. After years of trying different lip blams, I found this one to be very moisturizing and not too cakey or waxy feeling. When you brush your teeth in the morning, take a moment to lightly brush your lips to exfoilate, and be sure to put on a thick coat of DCT or Vaseline before you go to bed at night. I've been doing this for years and I never have problems with chapped lips.
I can't say enough about Fresh's Sugar Lip treatment. Its amazing. My lips are so easily chapped and this balm works miracles. Its $$$ for "chapstick" but so worth it. Best stuff ever.

I second the Jack Black Intense Lip Therapy rec.. Even though the tube seems tiny, it lasts forever. Definitely worth it for me.. I used to use the Rosebud Salve, but found this to work better (and the tube being more hygienic is an added plus)
I live in the uk and I get those Pocket vaseline "Lip Therapy" thingys at the Boots counter. Theyre not at all sticky and u can apply it in the cold weather mildly and then u can apply it heavily b4 going to bed. I swear by it.
Rosebud Salve is my current favourite, but I'm curious to try Dr Hauschka's - I've heard a few people mention it and say that it's wonderful. I won't be running out of Rosebud Salve anytime soon though, lol.
I once went through a phase where I became obsessed with lip balm, regularly carrying five or more types with me, so I've tried just about every type out there. The brand that works best for my lips is Carmex, and since my lips become chapped very easily, I rarely go without a tube of it.
