Nope, I have never used any liquid stains on my cheeks or lips before, but I've heard good things about Benefit's Benetint. I wouldn't have any idea of how to apply though

this is a little delayed, but Trish McEvoy's lip/cheek tint (I dont remember the name) works really well.

these work well, if you think the liqued stains are too messy.

I have L'Oreal Pinch of Colour.

The thing about these liquid stains is that most of the ones I've seen are the same bright rosy color, so they don't work on everyone. It would be interesting to see a greater variety of colors (like, as many colors as powder blush comes in!) in stain formulations.

Hi!

This is something that puzzles me...can I layer different blushes?

I love liquid or gel like blushes (benetint or tarte) but I really need to use some loose powder on my face to "lock" concealer and zit coverage....

So...sometimes I put the tiniest layer of translucent powder on my cheeks (with a wedge of sponge) and then swipe some powder blush again on my cheeks.
Do you do the same? What do you do instead?

I´ve read about layering in mags ...let´s say some bronzing powder over benetinted cheeks but they never mention loose powder in beetween!

This really puzzles me because if I put powder blush over non powdered cheeks (let´s say somehow moist after gel or liquid blush) it gets messy and horrid.

Please point me some directions on this as I really looooove gel-liquid-creamy blush but I need my powder too

Go for it, as long as it doesn't get really thick and 'makeup-y' looking. Beauty isn't about "Can I?", it's about what you like and what makes you look great. I layer and blend products all of time, it makes them more versatile and you can achieve a more tailored look than just using things straight from the package.
