The Ida, love your tutorial.

Has anybody tried BB lip gloss? Tangerine was used in a recent J. Crew catalog and the color is amazing. But I've never purchased an upscale lip gloss before, so I'm not sure about the coverage...

^I've heard nothing but good things about the lip glosses. You should try and swatch one on your hand, that might give you an idea how pigmented it is...

I purchased online the Day to night warm color palettes and can't wait to receive it!

Concealer stick is amazing not cheap though but worth the price!! only thing about BB is that you need to test out the colours and another great thing is that you only need a little bit of everything!

I bought a Bobbi Brown lip gloss during the week and can't believe how tiny they are I thought the glosses at the counter were sample sized, but no! They're miniature!

You sure don't get a lot of bang for your buck at Bobbi Brown. Can't live without the corrector and concealer though Has anyone tried the new formula?

Hey guys! I went looking at makeup yesterday and I ended up stumble upon Bobbi Brown and believe it or not, I found an AWESOME product, I did a review for it on my site. It's the Bobbi Browns Extra Repair Foundation w/SPF 25. It is like a dream in a jar! I never tried anything so creamy like a lotion but then had coverage like a foundation.. and I have oily skin so, even though this product is geared towards dry skin, it's not just for dry skin. It also claims to help your skin over time with fine lines and wrinkles, but who knows.

I have the new formula however I didn't try the concealer set with the loose powder, so I can't compare but the counter lady said there isn't much difference besides the pressed powder. I notice the concealer does settle into my fine lines however compared to others I've tried its not that bad, I guess its just inevitable. Also I know its a creamy concealer but I have to be cautious because the product can easily be transferred i.e If I touch my eyes lightly the product can easily come off however this is minimized by the powder I suppose. I need to play around with the concealer still.

Loving my corrector though that's a must for my zombie eyes.

^You need to set it with powder no matter what. Of course it migrates into fine lines, it does on me too, but I use Chanel loose powder on top and it lasts all day and all night, no migrating at all. The powder that comes with the concealer is CRAP though. Save a few bucks and get the one without powder included.

I do wish they did a concealer-corrector set. Of course I could just de-pot the powder and put my corrector in the pan instead, but I'd rather not have the hassle

^yeah, I wish they would come together too! Although I guess since everyone needs a different combination of concealer/corrector, it would be too much hassle having the SA's custom-assemble each palette for the customer.

I recently picked up a Face Touch-Up Stick in Sand 2. It's a tiny little thing for the price, but I'm a sucker for BB's packaging and overall quality. The product is portable, nice and creamy, decently pigmented, and above all: matches my skin perfectly. For reference: I'm NC20 in MAC.

I am dying to get my hands on the BB Tangerine Lip Gloss. I saw a girl on YT use it in a makeup tutorial and it looked absolutely gorgeous; the perfect juicy orange lip for summer!!$%^

What Bobbi Brown items are ya'll lusting after?

Btw I agree with The_Ida when it comes to powder foundations. I've got a super oily t-zone but holy hell, after an hour or so any powder/ mineral foundation melts into a caked-up disaster. I carry MAC Studio Fix with me for emergency touch-ups only. Otherwise, I'll stick to LFs, which can still look like decent skin even as you get oily - as long as you got your application right & didn't over-powder when setting.

Okay... I LOVE Bobbi Brown. I've recently gotten into her cosmetics. My other brands that I love are Nars, Chanel, Dior, Lancome, and Bobbi Brown is right up there with those. I use drugstore mascara and foundation, but the rest is from department stores, including concealer.

For Bobbi Brown's products, so far I have and love...

Cream and Metallic Cream eyeshadows
Blush in Pale Pink... this is a gorgeous pop of pink color. It looks bright in the package but goes on beautifully.
Shimmer Bricks in Pink Quartz and Nectar

I do have the corrector, but nothing still beats my Lancome Effacernes Waterproof Undereye Concealer. I won't purchase Bobbi's corrector again. Lancome's does not seep into fine lines.

I also have the cream eyeshadow brush and the face blending brush to apply the shimmer bricks.

^You need to set the corrector with powder. It has lasted 20 hours on me on more than one occasion

Has anyone tried Bobbi Brown Tinted Moisturizer? I'm looking for something light for the summer- not too oily, but that would minimise my undereye circles.

^How would a tinted moisturizer minimise your under-eye circles? it has very little coverage. You need a concealer for that.
