weekdays - raisin bran or an egg&cheese sandwich on whole grain bread with a piece of fruit.

weekends - whatever my little heart desires with a side of bacon!!

Yes, Luna, steel-cut oatmeal is the best. I love it. It's so filling.

If I'm not eating oatmeal I'll eat some cereal (this Optimum cereal from Trader Joes, it's so good).

I still do the egg thing....omelette, veggie bacon and some 7 grain bread or pumpernickel bread for toast....

Carrot juice
Apple juice

I also started incorporating chlorophyll in my beverage in the morning and it has been so good.

yoghurt - sandwiches - juice - cereal - pasta - pizza... anything really (but not all these things at once!)

Most of the time I don't eat anything though, mostly because of my fcuked up diurnal rhythm.

Bulking diet breakfast - 6 egg whites, 1 cup whole oats.
Currently in keto diet - 3 whole eggs, 2 sausage links, protein shake.

I prefer waffles, sausage, fresh fruit, and an eggs- that usually only happens on weekends. I usually settle for a bagel during the week though

I have never eaten breakfast until recently. I hear it's important to eat it, but what if I'm just NOT HUNGRY? All I like to have in the mornings is coffee.

In fact my natural pattern is not to get hungry until 3-4 in the afternoon. I heard it's bad for you so I started having a bit of a breakfast and lunch as well, and I find it makes me more hungry, so I've gained weight and it really pisses me off.

I never eat breakfast during the week. Just tea or coffe.

On weekends if I go out for breakfast or brunch I normally get two easy poached eggs on whole wheat toast w/home or french fries. yum.

Statisitcs say that those who eat breakfast actually consume less calories throughout the day - so if you're wanting to shed a few kilos / pounds then eat up!

I try to have as many cereals available as possible. I get so sick of the same thing so variety is the key for me. Currently on the microwave (where my cereals are kept) are:

Sultana Bran
Weetbix Crunch
All Bran - ick... but it's really healthy
Light and Tasy
Normal Weetbix
This muesli stuff with yummy yoghurt covered raisins.

Also a piece of toast, fruit, sometimes and egg, fresh sweetend soymilk (the perks of living in a highly Chinese populated area), orange juice (half diluted with water because its too strong for me) or a milo or orange herbal tea with honey. I love breakfast!!

I have Chinese friends who make these savoury breakfast pancakes called dan bings. They are marvellous!!!
