Usually I have a bowl of fruit and fibre with a glass of fresh orange juice or milk. Sometimes I have a banana as well, depends how hungry I'm feeling.

I've kinda got out of the habit of eating breakfast recently, but I usually try to kick start my metabolism with something everyday. At the minute I have been having a weetabix with skim milk and a slice of granary toast with honey, and either hot water with lemon or a pint of cold water. But i go through phases, I also love to have porridge mmmmm!

I dont eat until around 2pm everyday .... and i am a student ... very bad habit ...

On weekends I indulge in my favourite breakfasts ... eggs benedict with out-of-this-world hollandaise (i LOVE hollandaise) or a plate-sized crumpet with crispy bacon and a fried egg on top.

Yum!

This breakfast is so popular it was even mentioned in the Cosmpolitan in my country.
