I make it a point to eat breakfast everyday, or at least as soon as I wake up.

It would usually be a sandwich of some sort for breakfast and a cup of juice/milk.

I love yogurt in the summer. Sometimes I crave cereal, frosted mini wheats. In the winter, I have to have either oatmeal or cream of wheat (farina).

Melt a little butter in the pot over medium heat and toast the oats in it for a few minutes while mixing well. Add water and cook it normally. Just doing that one step brings out the most delicious toasty-nutty flavor and texture...yum!!!

Other breakfast faves:
homemade wholewheat pancakes/waffles/scones
unsweetened yogurt
fresh fruit and berries
fruit and veggie smoothies
soy milk tea

A traditional Japanese breakfast:
steamy rice
natto--fermented beans
miso soup
grilled fish or sashimi
pickles
nori seaweed
fresh raw egg or soft-boiled egg with soy sauce to top rice
green tea

Mmmm.
Are you serious? That is a Japanese breakfast Japan here I come

I only have time for cereal in the morning, but if I could my breakfast would consist of eggs, toast, bacon, and orange juice

awesome thread guys! Lately i've been cutting down my breakfast to a bottle of water because of my laziness, but usually i'd have stwarberries and blueberries, yougert, and toast. If i had time i'd totally add egg whites to that This thread has totally got me motivated for breakfast again though!

Oats with soy milk and maybe some strawberries or blueberries!
I also like eating a apple, pear or orange with breakfast!

Most grocery stores tend to have them. There organic, I think there made by Vans or something like that. Most stores have several varieties of sugarless maple syrup. I'm big on Vermont sugarless syrup. Its the best sugarless product on the market in my opinion. (and only 10 calories for 1/4 cup!!!)

Yea I bake the Splenda Muffins myself. There my favorite guilt-free treat. Pm me if you want the recipe. Sooooo good.
