I start off with drinking 2 glasses of water before I eat anything to rehydrate my body. Then I eat porridge, drink 1-2 glasses of tomato juice, 1 glass of multivitaminjuice, coffee and fruit.

This thread has proved that breakfast can be healthy AND delicious. All of the members who eat oatmeal - yey! Just remember... the oatmeal you cook on the stove is better for you than the instant (more heart-healthy fiber) that you whip up in the microwave.

to cook brown rice, boil about two and a half cups of water for one cup of dry rice. add the rice to the boiling water and put the heat on low. cook for 45 minutes - 1 hour. it's delicious and nutricious.
you are from russia? me too. you're cool!!!

Yum! I often have a big bowl for dinner. I used to do the skim milk/soy milk thing, too... but last week I was forced to buy 2%... and haven't enjoyed REAL milk in such a long time...

^ Yes, I like that too ... topped with a bit of butter, maple syrup, fresh blueberries, and blanched almonds in the (I forget what it's really called ) matchstick shape ...

I ended up buying apricot & white chocolate bread to toast ...

Does anyone have a good breakfast casserole recipe that doesn't have 6 million calories?

I like poached eggs on crumpets with lots of butter.

Porridge is great of course....I mix dired strawberries, blueberries and cranberries in with some honey and nuts.
