i don't eat breakfast. but if/when i do, i only eat fruit. either grapes, oranges, grapefruit or some kind of melon. i'm the most annoying child ever like for watermelons, i only eat the center and stick the rest back in the fridge

i'm thinking i shouldn't have said that youngest child syndrome or something.. i know i sound really bratty

plain yogurt w/ granola.... or fruit...

cottage cheese and fruit. yum! [yes, the one with fat! the lowfat/nonfat ones are gross]

meats... peanut butter... something that will stay with you...

but stay away from: nutrasweet... it is very bad for you.

The ideal breakfast is eating something that I didn't eat yesterday. Cereal is not good.

Best Breakfast
What is your favorite breakfast, and what is your favorite HEALTHY breakfast? I personally love waffles and pancakes, but they say its best to start the day off with oatmeal (or egg beaters because you stay fuller longer when you eat protein to start the day off), and if im bein really low cal- a grapefruit (yum)

yogurt cucumber sauce on the side and a lite salad of baby greens...
cappucino...and fresh oj...

i get this regularly at my favourite brunch spot...

My favorite breakfast isn't healthy.

It would definitely be pancakes with lots of maple syrup. :p

I usually have scrambled eggs though, sometimes with toast.

My usual breakfasts are usually either wholemeal toast and some margarine or a white egg omlette.

For something fancier, I love croissants with strawberry jam or pain au chocolat. Not very healthy....

yoghurt, granola, and if i feel like going overboard, honey. And tea-always, always tea. Can't live without it. If I have to run in the morning a skinny latte on the way in.

My unhealthy breakfast-If I'm anywhere in a hotel it would be pancakes or waffles....yum...
