Typically I have 2 toasted wheat bread with cashew butter spreaded on top and sprinkles of granola. I also have a small portions of blackberries on the side and I drink hot water mixed with honey or green tea, delish!
Most days I have kefir, green tea, Dukan oat bran pancake and 2 poached eggs. Today I had a small piece of green chili cheddar cheese instead of the eggs.
My favourite breakfast at the moment is fruit salad (chopped pineapple, berries, melon) with Special K. I just discovered recently that the Special K we get in Australia is different to Special K in Candada & the US- our Special K are malty flakes like cornflakes, whereas the ones I ate overseas were more like little rice puffs
Today I had greek yogurt (fage 0% my fav) with flax seeds, tasted delicious!
