Every other day, I make a 60 minute long playlist and I just dance very hard to it until it ends. I make the first and last songs slower and relaxing and do yoga exercises during those, and then all the songs in between are very high energy. So I just did that.

I do that sometimes... it's so much fuuun!! ![]() Today I took my school aquatics class, which amounted to about 20 minutes of exercise. Then I did aerobics in my living room, about 40 minutes. Then some leg lifts while my mom asked me Biology questions for the test... that was like 5,10 minutes. |

Tennis for 1 hr 15 minutes in the morning
At the gym: 20 minutes elliptical machine 35 minutes treadmill Some *light* strength training Then 30 minutes of tennis. |

I usually run 4-6 miles per day. If I'm tired I walk the dogs about 3 miles. Sometimes I bike instead . . . about 10 miles. I want to start swimming but I don't like public pools or swimming in lakes, etc. I should get over my pool issue and just go for it.

I walk 4 miles every morning (unless something changes, then I try to walk at home), I'm doing crunches in the morning and evening and that's about it! But I've lost 5 lbs!

i run for one mile one day, then work out at the gym the next day. 50 slow slow crunches for extra excersize before i go to bed. oh and of course not to forget lugging around my water bottle.

I usually do 30-40 mins of cardio 4-5 times a week,plus toning exercises. I'll try to do strength training sometime in the near future when I get enough guts too.
