I got my own elliptical machine at home - my only cardio...I can't really run, coz my knees are bit ****ed up and it's not good for me.
I just started to do it daily + my awesome pilates of course
Anyone has some (good) results with ELL. MACH???

^ lol i do it everyday, the advanced one.. because (i don't know if it's just me) in the beginners one, when winsor focuses on dagny or however u spell the name, it kinda gets really irritating.. ESP wen ur not following wot dagnys doin and ur kinda waiting for winsor to get onto the nxt exercise.... thats just my opinion lol.

I've been using my elliptical for half a year now (4-5 times a week for about 40 minutes) and I have lost almost 2 inches off my hips! Given the fact that I am 5'10 and 117 lbs it's a pretty good result, I think. So keep it up - it does work!!!

my new years resolution is to get back in the routine of going to the gym! i think i will go 2x a week and do 20 mins on elliptical trainer or bike, and then weights. i dance alllll day sundays so thats a huge workout! (and so much fun!) im kinda excited to get back into better shape, makes for a happier me!

Same eating habits as before (mucho veggies & fruit & chicken & fish), but I drink much more than before - about 3 litres/day (mostly peppermint tea & water)!!!

Guys, is it better to do my 30 minutes - sit-ups, push ups and so on - workout BEFORE or AFTER cardio???

today, 20 min jogging, 20 min aerobic, 20 min dancing ..I'm slowly working them up to 30 min..

i haven't been on tfs in a long while... but yesterday was workout to the max. i didn't even really plan on it.

Aerobics Interval Class - 80 min
Run (5 miles) - Treadmill - 6/7 mph
Lift/Abs - 30 min
Then since it was so nice out.... (60 degrees!!!!!!!!)
Mountain biking- 2 hr
Whew!

today.... will be.... 6 mile run.... lifting....

So far today....

Cleaned a house (okay it's a huge workout:p vacuuming and lifting chairs! )
Ran 1 mile, walked 1 mile
and I've gotta go do Tae Bo!!
Then when my little brother gets home I'm going to ride bikes with him,
we've been doing that like everyday because it's been around 75-80
outside! Such pretty weather! I love texas winters:p
