anything cold will reduce puffiness..cold cloth...eye pads...tea bags...eye gel...just keep the eye cream in the fridge...

gel is usually better than cream because it goes on cooler and therefore works immediately...also...who has time to lie there in the morning with tea bags on your eyes...

i use a drugstore brand-st. ives...cucumber&elastin eye and face stress gel...cheap and effective...and i use la mer eye cream at night...

the preparation H thing also really works...make up artists use it regularly...reduces swelling...

Not sure about shipping to Europe.

Good luck,

I don't know what you could do to make them go away except consult a doctor.

As for covering them...I have read that using yellowish or golden hued concealers works very well to cover dark cirlces because the light reflects off of it and looks normal. If you use pink-based concealers, which most are, the combination with the purple circles just makes your bags look darker. Perhaps you should try new concealers? Just thought I'd mention that in case you hadn't tried already.

Also, are you sure they're as bad as you think they are? I know people who get really obsessed over things like this when they really aren't that obvious. I don't mean to sound like I'm not taking you seriously (in fact, my mom would say something like this to me and I'd be really mad). It's only an idea. I just have a couple of friends who take things out of preportion and I wondered if perhaps that might be the case.

Going to a doctor is the best option I can think of, though, or maybe a dermatologist. I don't know how else to help.

Thanks for asking this. I have the same problem although probably not as severe as you. It sucks.

They are probably inherited. I have them too, and they don't improve no matter how much I sleep or how healthy I am. Continue taking care of yourself and invest in a good concealer.

that's true. yellow and peach toned concealers are for circles since the yellow can neutralize/balance the purple/blue color of dark circles.

I use VitaK Gel to get rid of the darkness around and asfor what could cause puffiness I heard if you have a high sodium diet it can make the water retain under your eyes.
