Yes, just the one toner - I believe it is suitable for all skin types. Their web site has a lot of useful information on which products are best for you:

hey, do not want to interrupt , but as far as I know, there are two toners in dr. hauschka line. One is for normal+all skin types, and the other is for blemish prone skin (the name is clarifying toner, i think). I tried both, and personally I liked clarifying toner better although I have somewhat combo dry skin.

& for other hauschka products, I've tried many products in their line & strangely they work so good for the first a few weeks, but after a month, they seem to clog pores a bit and also do not work that well anymore. I don't know whether I'll repurchase...

Here is my honest feeling about dr. hauschka productsfor reference, I have dry, but sensitive and blemish prone skin: not a fun combo)

cleansing milk: gentle makeup remover. but cannot be used alone, i think.
cleansing cream: it broke me out badly!!! I've found out in makeupalley that it contains wheat germ oil, which is dangerous for blemish prone skin.

normal toner: good.
clarifying toner: good. keeps skin clear and not drying

quince cream: I like it a lot (not greasy but moisturizes very well), but after a month use, it seems to clog pores... I must watch out...

moisturizing day cream: thin texture, greasy but drying, did not like it

rose cream: very greasy. somehow sit on top of the skin instead of actually moisturizing (just my opinion)...

rejuvenating mask: many people seem to break out from this product, but I like it.

If you think of buying dr. h products, I think it's a good idea to try a starter kit or samples because their products seem to have so different effects on everyone...

^ ah.. thanks fruchttasche! I wasn't aware of the other toner. I loved the night ampules, but like you mentioned, some of the other products made me break out. I bought the sample kit for oily/impure skin after trying the night ampules, and I used the cleansing cream (hated it - caused breakouts on my cheeks and I never break out there), the toner (good), the normalizing day oil (okay, but only for dry winter days... i didn't use this long enough to tell if this also broke me out as I was already broken out from the cleanser), the clarifying mask did not work so well for me, but I did love the rejuvinating mask and may even repurchase that one.

I bought the little kit for oily/impure skin (even though my facialist said I had sensitive skin for now I'm using this one) it was only $20 something at whole foods. Here's a article I found on the website for those of you who said you broke out from it

Q: I just started using your products. Why am I breaking out?
A: Medications and other skin care regimens may have suppressed your symptoms. When transitioning to Dr.Hauschka Skin Care products, a period of acclimation to a new way of caring for the skin is typical. Dr.Hauschka products activate the skin, encouraging it to function as it was intended, therefore suppressed, underlying conditions may surface. As the skin returns to a balanced state, the symptoms will subside. To more quickly encourage balance and help ease the transition, use Rhythmic Night Conditioner.

ok ive been using their products for the past 2 months or so and im NOT PLEASED AT ALL. Yick. I've never had acne in my life, and have never had over 3 pimples at a time... but my face seems to be breaking out into tiny little bumps all over my face.. slowly my cheek has become somewhat like a hilly landscape!! plus, the eczema under my nose has become increasingly worse.

i suggest anyone who has sensitive or oily skin to stay away from these products.. keep in mind their vast consumers are those of later ages, mostly aging women who dont have troubles with acne and waht not. id only really recommend them to those with super normal/tolerant skin and/or those of older ages who are past their hormone stages...
does anyone know of a good oil free, hypoallergenic face lotion which leaves your skin GLOWING?

^ amorousluna... you should try Aveeno's Positively Radiant daily moisturizer. It's oil-free, hypo-allergenic, and non-comedogenic. I used it all last winter and loved it and just recently switched back to it. It also has a faint shimmer to it which gives your skin a beautiful glow.

I use Dr. Hauschka products. Not exclusively, but every now and then I mix them into my routine.

My favorite (that is, most-used) products are:

-Moisturizing Day Cream. This is a fantastic lightweight moisturizer that I use as a BASE for other moisturizers (I have dry skin). It functions as something in between a serum and a cream for me. It really perks up the skin and gives it a smooth surface, and again, it's very lightweight. I use it under my day cream every morning, no matter what brand of day cream I'm using.

-Translucent Bronzer. The best bronzing product on the market, IMO. It's very lightweight and watery, and the best way to apply it is to mix a few drops in with your moisturizer. It's a very natural-looking color, and it spreads evenly and sinks right in, giving me a healthy, just-came-in-from-the-beach look. It looks really dark in the bottle, but don't be intimidated. I am very light-skinned, and it looks great on me. You can control the depth of the color by using more or less.

-Toned Day Cream. Another awesome skincare product that eliminates the need for makeup. This cream is a nondescript light beige, and when you press it in to your skin, it moisturizes beautifully and just leaves your skin tone looking even and flawless. Unlike a foundation, however, you skin still shows through and it looks like you're wearing nothing . . . you just look very well rested.

Other products I have used and enjoyed are: the Quince Day Cream, the Rose Day Cream, the Toners, the Steam Bath, one of the masks (can't remember the name), the Neem Hair Oil and Neem Hair Lotion (both BRILLIANT), the Lip Balm (overrated in my opinion), the Cleansing Cream (very effective, but overpriced, and you can make your own for a fraction of the cost), the Cleansing Milk (ok, and gentle, but doesn't really remove makeup that well), and . . . oh, the Rose Body Lotion (which is lightweight and very lovely).

All in all, these products make my skin feel healthy and nourished.

Edited to add: I've also used the nighttime ampoules . . . I forget the name? They were . . . interesting, but I didn't see enough benefit to my skin to warrant the $100+ price tag for a month's supply.

I agree about the Cleansing Milk - one has to use something extra to take all these sunblocks away - usualy I use a soapfree facewash of a Polish brand Fitomed which has yucky packagings but contents is (just WOW!) after a cottonpad with Hauschka's product.
It is nice though, that you can wash this milk off with water.

Cleansing creme is way too expensive as it's tube lasts only for two weeks! Girls from EDS Skincare Forums use raw, organic almond butter = pure ground almonds, salt free, instead . I would add some tea tree oil to it - need to try that! The method of massaging it onto one's face is a little bit tricky as you MUST NOT rub as it is not a scrub! You should just press and roll your palms gently as it is suppose to decongest your skin, not o peel it!

I use Quince Day Cream as some extra moisturiser under my sunblock but also to moisturise my face in the night. So far so good, no breakouts

I would love to try this Translucent Bronze Concentrate, would just like to know it's ingredients list!

Rejuvenating Mask is great - I am done with a second packaging, will soon need some more!
You should not store these cosmetics opened longer than 3 months, though!

Only Cleansing mask which is some clay powder has not done anything to me - I keep a different powder clay mask in it's packaging was much cheaper and also much more effective, no name though.

"Translucent Bronze Concentrate" is such a great product. I wear it every day mixed in with my moisturizer.

Burt's Bee's makes a really great concealer that I use as well. It comes in two shades. Light or dark. It makes your skin really luminous.

I use products by "Dr. Alkaitis". They are 100% natural and certified organic. I highly recommend this brand. The moisturizers are very light and sink in straight away. Your skin glows. I prefer this brand to Dr Hauschka.

I also use products from this line... They make the most amazing eye cream for those who get dark circles under their eyes. They also have great cleansers and moisturizers.

Dr.Hauschka
I have searched a few times for information on Dr. Hauschka products, but haven't found any threads on it yet. Does anyone use these products? If so, what are your opinions?

I use the cleansing milk and the clarifying toner. I love them, they´re very easy on the skin but they still help with blemishes and stuff but my skin can be a bit prone to break-out but I haven´t had any problems with that. Curious to see what the moisturizers are like.
