Haha, I feel the same way about my own eyebrows. For some reason, the inner part of my right eyebrow won't grow back. I mean, there is hair there, but over the years some hairs had fallen out and they have yet to grow back. It's completely ruining my eyebrow look. When I take pictures, the lack of hair on my right eyebrow makes it look like the arch is too high. And I guess it kind of is because I trimmed it to make it look normal. Ah, it's driving me nuts!

I'm considering filling them in now, but I'm afraid it would look unnatural or that whatever I use will take too much hassle to get off and end up with me losing more hair. I tried filling my eyebrows in a long time ago with eyeshadow and it was a pain to wash off. :/

yeah ah join the freakin slow growing brow club! honestly its so frustrating sometime to have one brow growing just fine and the other seeming to fall behing farther and farther! my right brow shed a bunch in the middle and the end of it is missing a bunch not to mention a missing arch! its like waxing and ignoring the back side of your leg, it just looks wrong!

^ Gosh those are perfect,. I am in the process of growing my brows out, thankfully I have never made my thick brows to thin, but I have plucked them shorter in length than I'd like. Basically I want the part closest to my nose to fill in, but it's taking FOREVER. So, slow growing brow club you have a new member!

^^^I wish I had those eyebrows! So perfect in length, texture, and thickness...

Slow-growing brow club? xP I don't think my hair is growing AT ALL. at least, not the hair I want to grow. The ones on the outer half grow find, but there's something wrong with the inner half. Sigh!

Confession: I used to photoshop part of my eyebrows in photographs. xP

Is there any way to thin eyebrows or make them appear thinner/lighter? I'm desperate....
My eyebrows are BLACK BLACK BLACK and thick and my hair is dark brown... It looks almost unnatural. I get them waxed but somehow I'm still not happy. sigh

^ You can absolutely dye them, same as the hair on your head. I think this would make them less noticeable and give them a slimmer look - a lot better option than making them any thinner.

I've considered it, but I'm scared How often do they have to be dyed? I really don't know much about it.

Don't be scared! I have tons of friends who do it and it looks fine. My mom does it herself to color the grey in her eyebrows and I never knew until she told me. If you are nervous you could always go to get it done at a salon for the first time and bring a picture of someone with similar coloring. I am not sure about the upkeep, but I would imagine it would be about the same, if not better than, the hair on your head - eyebrows tend to grow a lot slower than the hair on your head afterall.

I tried my first plucking when I was 13 and I completely ruined my eyebrows. The way they looked for that 4 months anyway. They've grown back since and actually I rarely maintain them because I have such light, few hairs (naturally light eyebrows) and I have a natural arc to them also. All I do is pluck random stray hairs and that's it. I consider myself lucky because I'd hate to have to fiddle with my eyebrows and the rest of my face. (I'm too lazy to even put on makeup most of the time. )
