Yes there is more sugar in more fruit than in others. Watermelon, Pineapple and Apricots have the most sugar, while Cherries, Grapefruit and Apples have the lowest.

At the moment loving carrot or celery sticks dipped in low fat cottage cheese- yummy, healthy, and low fat/calories! Also lemon pepper flavoured tuna, perhaps for lunch on a whole grain sandwich with low fat cottage cheese, lettuce, etc.

In the UK, there are these Orgran rice crispbreads in the health aisle of any Sainsburys which are 19 cal each. Live on the stuff.

Oh and good old fashioned POPCORN!!

Reduced fat Greek Yogurt with honey

I just tried this the other day but it is very difficult to find Greek Yogurt in grocery stores (and I live in Chicago!). Its so delicious though, low in fat and carbs high in protein!

i love flavoured rice cakes! in my supermarket we have four flavours, and my favourite is 'tomato and basil'. my fiancé loves 'mixed herbs', because it reminds him of a brand of potato chips. they only have 26 cals per cake!

^ Mmm they are delicious!!! I love them plain or with low fat cheese. The plain corn ones are also good with a tiny bit of low fat salt reduced peanut butter
