Jelly Pong Pong
I discovered this brand via Asos today and wanted to ask if anyone could give any reviews on the products. The packaging is so cute it really does a great job of making you curious.

I've never used their actual stuff but I use Dainty Doll and it's a branch of JPP. I love it, the shades fit my skin perfectly and last a really long time, I don't have to re-apply anything which is always great, I hate re-applying things lol

They have a great bargain in their shop right now, 2 products for just 13£.

Would be perfect to try it out but the shipping and taxes are so high and I don't have a credit card. Why can't Asos offer that as well??

Thank you Gainsbourg! I'm a little reluctant to judge one by the other, though. L'Oreal, Maybelline and co. are all part of the same branch as well and there are huge differences between them.

The packaging is totally adorable. Let us know how you get on with it diesanni as I am tempted to give it a try for £13.00. It's almost worth it just for the packaging.

I've got their jelly flush cheek stain and I really like it- it's the most natural looking of any blusher I've used. Also it lasts forever- I've had the same one for about two years (with trying other products in between) and I've still got most of the stick left. They used to have a shop in Covent Garden as well, but I think it's closed down now...

I've always been interested in their stuff, mainly because of the name!
I ordered the Supermodel Cheek Stain (I think that's what it's called...) from ASOS so I might do a wee review when I get it. I got it in Peach, the other shade they had was Berry but it looked too dark for me. I might also eventually get some other stuff, the Lip Orchid in particular caught my eye.

Of course I will. I got a conformation that my order got through and will be shipped today. I hope it won't take too long.

I finally received my package this weekend. So here are my impressions so far (pictures are in post 5):

The "Muffin & Meringue Gloss Set" is my favorite of everything I ordered. It's more like an intensely tinted balm that makes the lips very soft and the colors are so pretty (light pink and cherry red). The best about these is the taste, though. I'm sure these won't last long because I'm licking them off all the time.

The "Cherry Pie" eyeshadow palette is not something I'd buy for the retail prize because of the colors but it turned out to be way better than I thought. It comes with a base that is also good to use on it's own to conceal redness on the lids. The colors are very pretty and not too glittery, go on smoothly and last all day. There is also a very faint cherry scent to them.

The "Wakeup Makeup" palette is also one I'm going to make a lot of use of. The face brightener does exactly what it says on the packaging, it brightens you complexion with a soft, sheer shimmer that looks very natural and makes the skin feel very smooth. The eye brightener is not pigmented enough to double as a concealer but I found that it makes my regular concealer last longer and easier to blend. The eyebrow shades are alright, I don't like the brush that with them and they should have included some kind of fixer.

Now for the stuff I don't like:
"Shadow Taffy" looks cute on the counter and that's about it. The pink is way too bright on my lids when I just "glide" it on like it's implied and I had an allergic reaction to it when I tried to blend it somewhat. Makes for a decent blush instead, though. The brown shade works better as a highlighter than an eyeshadow but it's not worth the money just for that.

The "Lip Orchid" glosses are probably meant to last until you die and beyond. They feel like a lip balm and the texture is very smooth but when you put them on like you would do with a balm the colors are just as bright as in the box, it looks ridiculous. They could double as finger paint, I'm sure. Dabbed over another balm it looks pretty but still intense enough. A little bit goes a long, long way for sure.

Can't say anything about the "Shoe Palette" because I haven't tried it yet.

I'm going to try their mascara next, it's supposed to be really good and it's in the Asos sale right now.

Alright, this turned out a bit longer than expected.

I went to order some blush from them today since they're the mother company of the brand I use and mine isn't being re-launched until July but it turns out there's a 25 GBP minimum to order All I need is blush I don't need anything else and I'm not going to buy a ton of blush just to make that quota that's so dumb. And on ASOS they don't have any blush from them. Ugh
