I bought two nice lipsticks from LORAC the other day. One is called "Julia" and the other is "Soul Sister." Soul Sister is a brownish color and Julia is like coral for people with dark skin if you can imagine that. Both work if you are a Armani #11 or MAC NC45 like me, they give a nudish with a hint of color look that is really nice.
thanks a million PROPANE,
i was nc 43 too just bought the iman stick foundation in clay 1 and its my shade
we must have the exact same skin color bc its a little dark for me but it blends well. and its cheap!
so THANKYOU!

I just wanted to thank most of you ladies in this thread. In my lurking days I was in such a makeup rut and using what I knew which at the time, which was Mac studio foundation. I have pretty good skin and that stuff was sitting on my skin like powdered paint. So after reading through this thread I headed down to Selfridges and hit up the Armani counter. Amazing amazing amazing. LSF melts in my pores and leaves me glowing. The bronzer is flawless as well and I never thought someone of my skin tone could wear bronzer. So once again thank you ladies.
I've decided on Stila cream undereye concealer in the tube. I didn't need one for the entire face. The shade is l.
I tried Makeup Forever's but I don't know maybe my skin was oily that day or something but I didn't like it when I compared it to the Stila.
Does anyone know home remedies for undereye bags? Mine are a tad hereditary and I know adequate sleep should cover it but I'd like suggestions I can buy
i'm in search of a really great eyebrow pencil!!!
my eyebrows tend to grow out really weirdly, so i pluck them alot and i ALWAYS manage to overpluck and look like a chola girl...so i need a good pencil to fill them out when i overpluck and to kind of shape them...
i know Anastasia is supposed to be the best brand but i only saw blonde/brunette pencil shades. i think the brown would be to light as i recently dyed my hair jet black and would need the brows to match...
any suggestions would be appreciated

I think you should try a brown pencil or a smoky powder. I think jet black brows defined with black pencil can look too heavy on most women. A lighter color makes the brows look more natural and less Sharpie IMO.
I bought a dark brown brow wax from Lorac while back and really like it and I've also gotten regular old Loreal brow pencils from the drugstore and been pleased with the results.
