If you go to their website and take a survey about your skin, they will recomend what products would you should use, and then e-mail you about free samples of the products.

Hi ladies! I work at Nordstrom out here in Chicago, and someone in my department gave me a sample of the Glycolic Foaming Facial Cleanser. My skin isn't oily, but I now use it once a week, and it relly makes mt skun glow. I love it so far.
Anyone disagree?

I think the Glycolic Foaming cleanser is reccomended for every other night for sensitive skin and every night for oily/problem skin so you may be using it too infrequently but if it's working for you so far than so be it! It's probably like a treat to your skin.

BTW that "survey" is pretty much like a consultation where they send you product samples according to your skin type. From what I've seen though they send the same exact samples to everyone (it probably varies a tiny bit) but I could be wrong. I still believe that you don't get the full Mario Badescu experience unless you visit one of their stores/day spas.

If you mean Enzyme Cleasing gel, I've used it and I liked it very much. It's very good to remove make-up but also just to clean the skin, at the same time it's gentle so it doesn't irritate the skin. Now I'm using another cleanser but I think I will go back to Enzyme Cleasing gel as make-up remover.
I've never used the other products.

An alcohol-free toner, recommended for dry and sensitive skin types. Based on Aloe Extract, Glycolic Acid, and Grapefruit Extract (AHA).
Ingredients: Deionized Water (Aqua), Aloe Vera (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice) Gel, Grapefruit (Citrus Grandis Fruit) Extract, Glycolic Acid.

Good for these Skin Types:
Dry, Sensitive

(SHRUG)

But I've heard that Glycolic acid in general is good for sun spots, acne marks etc.

The pink drying lotion only works on my pimples sometimes. They're effectively on whiteheads which you can see but not on the emergence of a huge pimple(like a red dot)
