If it's bags.. chamomile teabags work great at soothing and de-puffing.. One way to avoid them is to not just get enough sleep but also avoid consuming fluids for at least 2-3 hours before bedtime. (because if you do, it can lead to fluid retention)
Dark circles.. no eye cream, no matter how expensive it is, will reduce dark circles. Invest in a good creamy yellow-based concealer
When trying to cover up your dark circles, remember to get all of your eye socket with yellowish colour conceler. Just covering the bottom won't help, you have to start by the side of your eye.
I heard vitamin b is really good to get rid of them
do you mean K?
There have been claims suggested that vitamin K can aid in the reduction of dark circles.. it works for some people.. but not for others.
If anyone is interested in trying.. Peter Thomas Roth makes a Vit K eye treatment (bit pricey though.. US100 (or thereabouts) a jar)
It's not only about getting plenty of sleep, but doing it at the right times. I figured out by myself that no matter how much I sleep if I go to bed at 3:00 am I'll never look as good as if I did it earlier - say, 11pm/12am.

Hi..., I know the last 3 months we had such a great small talk about face skin. Now I come back for the new thread and have a question about how do you take care of your eyes? We know that eyes are the thinnest area on our face, we have to take extra time to maintain the form and make them unpuffy, because Eye is the first attract when you talk to a person. Do you have a secret about that? Please tell me in this thread. Thank you.
Thanks.
All the suggestions have been great.
I've found that teabags that have citrus in them help a bit, also mint, and chamomile.
Cold Eyemasks give some relief.

You have to take vitamin K as a supplement to get any effect. Of course it doesn't reduce dark circles if you just apply it to the skin, there is no proof that it works when applied topically.

I wouldn't use a cream...I would just use ice! I wouldn't use the iced spoons either, because sometimes they don't stay cold long enough to do the job if they are against your skin. I'd go with ice cubes, in a paper towel or something
