^ I don't own either shades, but judging from the photos on Nailgal and whatkatiedidherpolish.blogspot.com... Siberian Nights is a deep eggplant shade, while Sapphire in the Snow is a deep bluish-purple.
Here are my pink/light coral/nude/taupe nail polishes. Beautiful, yet "boring", shades that I always tend to gravitate to.
Rescue Beauty Lounge Plié, Chanel Jade Rose, Zoya Summer, Ulta Diva, Essie Not Just a Pretty Face, Essie Rock Candy, and Misa Should I? Bottles1.jpg
American Apparel Rose Bowl, Orly Cotton Candy, China Glaze Preppy Pink, Misa Fleeting Hibiscus, and Chanel Mistral Bottles2.jpg
Chanel Riviera, OPI Pink Me, I'm Good, China Glaze Shocking Pink, China Glaze Sugar High, Orly Pixy Stix, and Illamasqua Lament Bottles3.jpg
American Apparel Palm Springs, China Glaze Touch of Glamour, OPI Sand in My Suit, OPI Vanilla-Zuela, and Essie Bags to Riches Bottles4.jpg
Misa High Waist Hue, OPI Tickle My France-y, Orly Country Club Khaki, Rescue Beauty Lounge Grunge, and Misa Cherub Bottles5.jpg
Pink + Nude swatches:
Unfortunately, I was not able to capture these shades accurately--- the bottle photos are more accurate than these.
*The swatch that is labeled China Glaze Diva is actually Ulta Diva.
^^I'm wearing it right now. I don't want to post any pictures because few days ago I was chopping onion and I cut off some of my nail too.
I'm really surprised how flattering it looks on my nails and it goes well together with my skin tone (at least I think so). My opinion about taupe shades was that they were ugly, but I completely changed my mind.
I just bought essie's whole resort collection. I couldn't decide, all the colors are so pretty! Also picked up a bottle of mesmerize and matte about you topcoat. Now I only wish I had more hands to paint the fingernails of; I want to wear them all!
Good things come to those who shop.
