I personally love the nude lip color. it looks very natural (especially, when you wear dark eye makeup) but it just seems like whenever I find a great shade, it is discontinued shortly after I buy it. A few years back I used YSL # 35 (I can't remember if it was the translucent type) discontinued. then I started using a great gloss from Clarins, I can't recall the number but it's also discontinued. Now I use Turkish Delight by NARS. it's an alternative to nude, especially if you like a light color. and, it looks very fresh.

Ooo, I'll have to try that NARS shade...sounds nice. I can never find the right shade of light/nude for my lips. I always find myself mixing and matching things I already own like I'm some kind of chemist or something

I hate nude lips. Light brown or something similiar to me is nice. But I have seen 1 of 10 or something people with nude lips look alright.

Mac would be an excellent choice given the large number of nudie / flesh coloured lipsticks MAC makes

My favorite natural lipstick is Aveda lipstick in Sheer Papaya. I don't know why Aveda lipstick doesn't get more attention - they have great colors that have the consistency of chapstick, don't cake up, and don't taste awful. They last a good while, too.

I'm not impressed with MAC lipstick. I have to keep reapplying, and they dry out my lips. I tell you...Aveda is where it's at!

Got a lipgloss today at Kohl's..

surprisingly their semi-new makeup line "FLIRT!" isn't half bad.. and not overly priced....

There's a lip gloss named nude kiss... the kind of gloss is called "Liquid Velvet Lipcolor" ... it's a very light gloss.. and it's not icky sticky gross lipgloss either... I dunno.. I really like it

The second one scares me... looks almost like they're dead lips.. I like the first and last.

i agree luna.

i hink nude lips are best done SHEER. when they are done matte... its frightful.

I don't like it on Jennifer Lopez, her skin color just doesn't compliment the nude lip color.
