I should be drinking 8 glasses of water daily and I usually don't drink more than 5... I mean the actual water, not coffee/tea, juices, fizzy drinks etc. Also I've heard that if you have 1 coffee you should have 2 extra glasses of water after it to minimize it's bad effect
