Have a separate eye cream. The moisturiser you use on your face is too heavy for the delicate skin under your eyes and will cause "goose flesh", dark circles and early wrinkles.
if youve got a history of arthritis in your family or suffer from arthritis, refrain from having dairy products and bread and dont eat anything too heavy after 4pm. it works.

water. honestly even if you don't see the effects it's only a good thing for your body.
sunscreen EVERYWHERE in ANY WEATHER . . sunny or not. no slacking. slather it on people!
give your skin a break from make up whenever you can & try + destroy any dependency
body brushing & massage every morning before you shower ~ cellulite killers
OCM ~ *oil cleansing method w/natural pure oils
lukewarm showers not hot < really not fun but so so worth it.
moisture straight out of shower to lock in moisture ~ voila moist dewy skin all day long!
facial massage w/pure oils every night ~ really improves skin tone

i usually shower in cool water...it firms the skin. Hot hot water will dry your skin out. So i agree with that definitely.
Dont rely on a moisturizer for sunscreen coverage. It's not enough. Moisturizers that claim to have SPF 15 in them..OK, what's that going to do? Protect you from your front door to your car? That's about it. It needs to be seperate and it needs to be re-applied often. If you're worried about putting it over makeup, then wear less makeup. Minimal makeup or skin cancer? Hmm, let's think about this.
Also love whoever suggested the kegel exercises because one day your *** will drop if you dont take care of it.
Running for exercise...overall cardio is the best thing for weight loss and maintaing it.
kudos to whoever suggested the 'Go light on eating after 4 PM'...this is so true!
And Karma to whom created this thread...lots of good examples and suggestions.
