Use sunscreen to prevent aging.

Do chest exercises to help keep breasts firm and healthy.

Use organic shampoo and conditioner. Will keep hair healthy, shiny, soft and won't have build up.

Use cold cream or make up remover to take off make up. Will take make up off, while cleaning the skin of dirt and other nasty things.

Exfoliate. That way you are scraping away dead skin. Just make sure not to do it more than twice a week or you will dehydrate the skin.

Drink lots of water. Flushes away toxins and helps hydrate the skin. The best is to drink ice water, which is good for burning calories, since your body has to warm it up to body temperature.

Do at least 20-30 minutes of exercise a day. Keeps you healthy and keeps your metabolism going. Gives you energy and can help depression.

Get a bra fitting from a professional. 60% of women don't wear the correct bra size. A good bra can help lift your confidence, gives you the right support, helps with posture and helps you look better.

  • Water, green tea, cranberry and pomegranate juice.
  • No smoking!
  • Moderate alcohol consume.
  • Sunscreen (even in winter).
  • Exercise.
  • Sleep.
  • Anti-age products.
  • Anti-cellulite + firming products.
  • Avoid refined sugar and salt.
  • Whole wheat.
  • Herbs.
  • Eat the rights kinds of fat: eggs, nuts + seeds, fish, avocado, olive/rapeseed/coconut oil.
  • Sheep/goat milk yogurt.
  • Green smoothies.
  • Oatmeal.
  • Remove make-up. Cleanse in the evenings. Exfoliate every now and then. Moisturize.
  • Body lotion.
  • Whitening toothpaste. Floss.
  • Open windows.
  • Balance and moderation.
  • Add Vitamin E and Omega-3 fatty acids to diet.
  • Save (money).
  • Stretch. Dance.
  • Practice Yoga.
  • Hot water with a suqeeze of lemon.
  • Dry brushing.
  • Shower in cool water.
  • Apply moisturizer straight after shower.
  • Moisturize your knees, neck, chest, hands (areas that age the fastest).
  • Use anti-age hand lotion.
  • Don’t pick at your face.
  • Wear bra in bed.

  • Drink water first thing in the morning.
Morning Routine:
  • Wake up at 6/7 am.
  • Open windows.
  • Drink water.
  • Make tea.
  • Make a list of goals for the day.
  • Go the gym/for a run. Shower.
  • Eat breakfast.

Don't worry about what other people think... do what makes YOU happy, do what makes YOU comfortable. Just be sure that it doesn't hinder others in the process.

Aww this thread hasn't been added to in a while

Eat less sugar! our bodies weren't designed to eat as much as what we do currently eat and when you think about how we just reach for a coke or red bull to give us more energy it just seems wrong. I've been trying to make a conscious effort to eat less sugar.

^That's a good one - my mother always says that the way to tell a person's age is by their hands. Olive oil is good for that.
