Read your 60 page North Node section in a book called Astrology for the Soul by Jan Spiller. The sooner you understand your past life patterns the more you will understand about your inherent approach to life and ways you can change in order to grow more towards your North Node. You can also read about other people's nodes (your family, friends, lovers, exes etc) so you can get how the other person is just being themselves, doing either their South or North Node and what they are doing is not really your concern. Likewise, if people don't like your inherent nature or don't think you should do things associated with your North Node, that is not their business either.
QUALITY NOT QUANTITY! i say this, and i mean it for several things.. friendships, possessions, food, drink, makeup.. it can apply to so many things in life. But i really think it is an important thing to mention
Have been reading a book called The Shwarzbein Principle. Suzanne Somers went to this doctor. Have been thinking that so much of aging is related to diet and exercise..... Shwarzbein says you're either building up or breaking down. There is an element of aging that has to do with endocrinology; how you eat is affecting how well your body will look and function when you get older.
The co-author of the Shwarzbein book is named Nancy Deville. She is 60, looks a lot younger. Her book, Healthy, Sexy, Happy is released today.
