Wear a bra all the time, and it totally stops the breasts from sagging! Even wear it to bed!

I AGREE TOTALLY! i always used to take things too seriously and then later you realize what was the big deal! and i think that something like that is a bit beauty related...less stress, less wrinkles...lol....

My grandpa is suffering with heavy arthritis, and my mom has some mild arthritis at this age, so I really want to hear some explanations please? Why not dairy products and bread? Why no heavy food as early as 4pm?

Never lose your sense of humour and remember irony is cool and an intelligent thing to use but only with the right people in the right moments. it is not nice when it hurts someone else (unless your intention is hurting some a**hole/s..., in those cases it IS the perfect weapon).

Try not to go on a diet (thanks god i have never needed it for now) unless you need it for health reasons but it is a fact (i have seen it in ppl around me) that it makes girls go bitter for some weird reason. Id personally rather not to have the skinniest body but retain some cheerful mood.

You have got to be kidding me!

This thread makes me want to go to a party, binge drink a bunch of alcohol and sweets, come home and forget to take my make up off

It's actually more important in winter than it is in summer because of the reflection from the snow. Makes the burns twice as bad.

And whoever said always use condoms, yup I'd eat Taco Bell for the rest of my life before I make that mistake again. Regret would be an understatement.

This isn't really to avoid problems later in life, but it's something my mom pushed on me. Wear bikinis and short shorts and skirts in the summertime while you can. I always was so self conscious and never liked wearing anything that showed any of my body because I though my body wasn't perfect enough or my thighs were too fat or whatever. I even acted like this when I was quite young, like 14-16 and I was not fat at all. Pretty thin actually. My mom said to don't be silly, wear it know while you can. When you get older you won't ever be able to do it again. I'm just saying stop being so self-conscious of your body and enjoy it now while you have youth! You are perfect right now!

Oh, and I definately second the SPF thing. Especially if you're ina bikini!

Hah I doubt I'd be able to wear one now, but with skirts and stuff I'll take that advice!
Thanks.

This thread is making me paranoid

As for my advice; I guess this is common knowledge but to help avoid wrinkles you should always be careful not to pull at the skin around the eyes when removing or applying your makeup!
