if youve got a history of arthritis in your family or suffer from arthritis, refrain from having dairy products and bread and dont eat anything too heavy after 4pm. it works.
I'm a little clueless, but why is this so? My doctor says I may likely develop arthritis... so really I should be paying more attention to these things
LIVE YOUR LIFE TO THE FULLEST!
meaning have fun, be yourself, be healthy, spend as much time with friends and family, surrounding yourself with people who appreciate who you are as a person inside and out.
kiwi body brushing can be done dry/wet, but dry is more effective overall
you should find body brushes all over at spa shops or at the body shop
it doesn't matter if the brush feels a little rough, you're not meant to be pressing hard
light smooth circular strokes towards the heart (upwards basically!) is what you should aim for

Don't complain about your age (I'm 28 so my friends start to panic about getting close to 30...) cos while you're panicing you're just getting older...You'll never get any yougner than this precise moment...Use your time..do a lot of things...travel...don't be afraid to do things on your own...
If you feel something out of the ordinary in your body, such as a sharp pain, crack, etc. get it checked out.
Last week I had a knee reconstruction after ignoring a torn ACL (knee tendon) for 2 years.
This is excellent advice. Men are known to ignore their symptoms more than women, and they definitely should not do that. However, I have read lots of studies that say women are not forceful enough when they go to the doctor. Some good advice is to see as many doctors as possible until you are taken seriously and to be very specific when telling them your symptoms.
try to love yourself. eventhough for some of us it's the hardest thing to do.
and take care of yourself, because when you are in a good heath (mentally & physically) you can take care of others.
Don't smoke! I myself am not a smoker but I know plenty of people who do and let me just say, it's catching up with them!
Think twice before getting a tattoo(s)
Same with piercings, think twice where you want that piercing
Think hard, very hard about plastic surgeries
Think twice before buying frivolous things because you never know, emergecies can happen at anytime.
If you live alone, have a routine to call your mom and dad even if it's just to say hello. It means the world to them.
And overall it will make you feel good too.
Listen to your elders, they have been around a long time and know so much about our human nature.
Make time for yourself, where as it may be reading a novel for thirty minutes. Listening to music, taking a long bath, or taking a little cat nap. (studies have shown taking a little thirty minute naps a day reduces depression and heart disease)
Make a routine of going to bed at a reasonable hour to get at least 8 hours of sleep. Again, sleep reduces depression and various other illments.
Drink lots and lots of water. Try and to keep away from caffeinated drinks since they cause our bodies to get more dehydrated. Also it's just not good on the menstrual cramps.
As for finding a mate. From experiences I know there is no such thing as "perfect" in the dictionary to describe people. Just know all of us, even those who may come across aragont and harsh, have heart and feelings. Just try to be more open minded.
Don't take things too seriously, because stress can make you age and it causes your body to do some funny ****.
