My recovery starts the night before. No matter how drunk I am, I load up on water. I come in the house and grab at least two bottles of water, which I chug hard before I sleep. Then when I wake up, I chug another with two tylenols if my head hurts. If I just generally feel like ****, and have upset tummy issues, I do a hair of the dog. Yes, I am a raging alcoholic. My other favorite is tomato juice. If it's real bad, you can combine the last two with lots of salt in the juice for a gooder.

And Taco Bell. Why Taco Bell? I've never questioned it.

Don't take Tylenol after boozing it up; it makes the alcohol even harder on your liver and kidneys.

If you must take an analgesic before going to bed, take aspirin or ibuprofin.

I've never had a hangover, but I'm really big on moderation. Also, much like Lolita, I have very low alcohol tolerance, and therefore I have to take any drinking I do very slowly and carefully, otherwise very bad things happen, usually in the barfing area.

i agree with you with the water. that and if you drink better liquors you won't have hangovers. no matter how much grey goose i drink (although it's not my favorite) i don't get a hangover. also don't switch through the night. no clear liquors with dark liquors. eating certain things will coat the stomach. greasy chicken wings always work for me (although i must say taco bell @ three am has worked too how? why? ). finally, nothing beats a hangover like the perfect bloody mary. and if you are really bad with hangovers in general, stay away from red wine....nothing is as bad as a red wine hangover in my opinion.

I agree with mikejames....it seems the better quality liquor I drink - I am not as hung over, especially when I drink grey goose/red-bull!
