Here is the thread where all users can share their beauty secret or tip!


-8 Glasses of water a day!

- Apply deodrant before you go to bed and straight when you wake up as it absorbs and you give it time to ''melt''.

-Vitamin E Oil for Scars

-When wearing uncomfortably high heels for a party, wear an even higher heel around the house before the party.

-A cheap easy body exfoliater: Olive oil and sugar. Mixed together and slathered all over body and rubbed in.

-When had a shower, leave hair out for the next two days then after tie it up for overall healthy hair.

i love using olive oil and sugar! i haven't done it for awhile, but when i did my skin was veryyy smooth.

i also used sugar and honey on my face. the honey worked as a good toner and the sugar as an exfoliant...it was a bit harsh though.

i'll have to try the vitamin e oil

-8 glasses of water a day or at the very least a few!
-plenty of sleep so you don't look like a zombie all day
-if you have fair skin remember to use sunscreen
-put moisturizer on your face every day in the winter so it doesn't dry out from the wintry air
-shampoo every other day but condition every day
-when you get out of the shower let your hair air dry for a while before blow drying it so you'll do less damage to it and also blot it with a towel instead of putting it up in a towel which creates snares and frizz and can damage your hair
-and also most people don't do this but when you wash your hands wash them for 30 seconds in order to get rid of all of the germs. i volunteer at a hospital so that's where i learned this. in order to make sure it's 30 seconds either sing happy birthday twice or sing the "alphabet song"

- body brushing (gets rid of cellulite, smoothes skin and improves circulation making you feel more ALIVE)
- instead of tea or coffee drink a cup of hot water with nothing else (it's nicer than it sounds and it's really good for flushing out your system)

Vaseline doesn't do anything for your lashes except increasing the risk to get infections on your eyes caused by bacteria that is easily attracted by it (sticky substance).

Can I just say regular exercise makes you look and feel better. It also improves the quality of your sleep. So start running!

make sure you wash all of your make-up off before you do to sleep. drink lots of water and spend at least an hour a day out in the sun/fresh air.
