Good luck! I know the feeling is hard to describe but like a sense of being better, tighter.
The standing ab section is hard to figure out at first but after some time you get the hang of it, it just takes a while.
I'd say the mat work out is the most complete and easy to follow. Metamorphosis is for a more specific area. I still incorporated two other arm routines while doing hipcentric because I didn´t feel I was working my arms enough. 30 day bootcamp I´ve never done.

Thanks Daniellat!
Which one is the mat workout? Also, how do you know which Metamorphosis one to do?
I didn't end up doing the full 6 days last week because I got sick but tonight is my first day of week 2. I find it's really strange because it's like each workout is cumulative. It starts out easy but every day it seems to get harder and harder because of the workout you did the day before, yet you're not sore during the day! I can't figure it out. It's like nothing I've ever done before.
I have started to notice some very small changes visually thought already. Maybe it's not really there and I just want to see it though!
It seems like the tops of my hips are starting to slim down and my bum and tops of my thighs are tighter too. Also my arms!
Other than physically, I have also noticed that my posture has improved a lot too. Maybe my muscles are just working better now?
Thanks Daniellat!

You can find the mat workout here . and here is better explained what type of body you have. Glutencentric, Abcentric, Omnicentric and Hipcentric.

I am looking for a total lower body transformation ..which video will work the best? hipcentric? thanks you TFS body savers!
It's the one that has changed my hip-thigh area the most, within one month I lost 2.5" off my hips without the diet, just working out for an hour 4 times a week. I didn't measure my thighs but they look completely different, leaner and more toned.

I'm having the same problem and have started with Hipcentric video 3 days ago, love the mat work out and the cardio dancing (but I find this extremely hard to keep up with - stopped at half way through because I was totally out of breath), I think if you want to change your lower body then this is a good video to start with, join her facebook page, there are lots of before and after pictures, i find them very motivating :P

My mark is 8 mins...I can't do more than that. I find the moves easy to follow and improvise but I just can't last longer, I think my heart will explode after the first 7-8 mins.

I'm struggling with keeping it up over 15 mins also, but hoping to last longer eventually. Great to know you lost inches off your thighs without completing the dance moves, that just shows how effective TAM is. I'm in Asia at the moment so sticking to the diet plan (some food are very hard to find here) is not easy, just trying to eat appropriately from now on.
I tried the hipcentric yesterday and now I feel soar at all of my problem areas. So it really works. And I ordered it today. But I have to wait for 3 weeks now. Also I don't think I can stick with the diet because I'm studying for exams and I don't have the time to look for all those stuff. Still I can't wait to get my dvd!

Daniellat - I think it was you who said that the method tones the area between your hips and butt, no? Well, I go jogging 4 times a week and do work out twice a week.. EVerything looks great...but this specific area I can't seem to tone. I simply don't know how! Could you explain/show me how Tracy does it?
I'm struggling with my hands supporting the rest of my body while doing the meta workout. My wrists hurt like hell, because the whole weight is on them.
And I'm also having the same problem as daniellat, there is no way I can proceed with it after 10 minutes. And that sucks!

I did the sitting arms vid on youtube for the first time...I did 4 minutes which is amazing regarding how flabby my arms are but **** that burns! I don't think I'll be sore tommo though. I was just doing Pilates, and I have no arm exercises, so this was really great. I can't use weights because of a shoulder injure, so I'm quite happy with that vid. I don't think it's that hard to follow?

You can't be expected to complete the method in its entirety right away. Just keep adding more minutes every other day and you'll build endurance. Of course, Tracy isn't a fan of endurance b/c that means your muscles are 'getting used' to the workout - her method is all about constantly changing it up.
It is amazing though, the next day after I workout I swear I can see a difference
Endurance doesn't mean that your muscles are "getting used to" the workout, it means that it's working. Isn't that the whole point of working out - strengthening your body so it can endure more? It is for me anyway.
