I'm a veg so no meat, fish, chicken,....
No alcohol, coke,....
No fastfood.

I need to cut back the sweets.

My food pyramid would have a base of tea. Iím an absolute tea addict; plain water and cold drinks are novelties to me. I drink mostly green, though I occasionally get a taste for a smoky lapsang souchong.

As for foodstuff: Iím a vegan who eats mainly leafy greens, and gets protein from grains, soy products, and organic soups. Fruit gets treated as dessert or occasional breakfast smoothie. I generally avoid cold foods becuase they disagree with my Vata dosha

Being female I have to have sugar, spice, and everything nice and to meet those requirements I take in plenty of soy ice cream, SCONES, and out-of-vegan-territory Green and Blacks dark chocolate bars and champagne filled Ritterís Sports bars. Yum Yum

I can go a week easily without having a veggie in my diet. I'm an unhealthy one. The same with dairy.

mostly things like bread, pasta, crackers - & other bread products. then veggies, then dairy (well, only cheese and soy milk. i don't care for the other ones). i eat fruit less than i'd like. and there's the things I top on my grain products - almond butter (for toast), pesto (on pasta), and hummus (on crackers) that i eat daily.

base: veggies (spinach, broccoli, green beens) and pretzles/oatmeal, diet coke, water
mid: dairy (cottage cheese/yogurt)
upper: meats (chx, turkey, jerky)
top: oils, fat, chocolate, sugar

my pyramid kinda varies in content- but adding exams to the mix makes the whole pyramid massively triple in size!
