I take vit E, biotin and fish oil tablets. on the bottle of biotin it says that it speeds up the metabolism of fats and carbohydrates. now, i know that it wasn't smart of me to purchase these vitamins without educating myself on their health properties first, but does anyone know if the biotin will counter-act the absorption of the fats in the fish oil?

Vitamin E
Vitamin C (1000 mg daily -- my immune system thanked me for this)
And I'm thinking of taking Flaxseed oil (I hear it's got a lot of benefits)

Sometimes like a bunch of vitamin B combo. And also D and omega 3. But not quite often to be honest...

ok the name is revidox and since im taking it im dealing better with other side effects of other meds and i dunno im less anxious... which was one of my problems and ironically kinda side effect too from another pill... its helping me big time to decrese some medication slowly without having a bad time. So for me it works out so far.

i would ask you first how do you feel, what kind of job do you have (stressful, calm,...), do you live in a warm or cold area?, what are your typical seasonal sickness?, do you have allergies? do you sleep well? what is your type of diet: omnivore, vegetarian, etc?

a multi is just like a bit of some but maybe some more specif would help more
